1. Our Services

Easy Air Claims specializes in assisting passengers in claiming compensation for flight cancellations, delays, denied boarding, or other disruptions under applicable laws (such as EU Regulation 261/2004). We act on your behalf to process and recover compensation from airlines.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal right to act on your own behalf or on behalf of others with proper authorization.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. How It Works

  • Claim Submission: You submit your flight details and supporting documents through our website.
  • Assessment: We assess your claim to determine eligibility.
  • Authorization: You grant us a mandate (Power of Attorney or Assignment) to act on your behalf against the airline.
  • Processing: We pursue the compensation directly with the airline or through legal action if necessary.
  • Payment: Once successful, compensation is transferred to you, minus our service fee.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Our service is provided on a "No Win, No Fee" basis.
  • If your claim is successful, Easy Air Claims retains a commission as detailed on our Pricing Page (including applicable VAT) from the total compensation recovered.
  • If legal action is required and external costs (e.g., court fees, legal representation) are necessary, we will seek your prior consent and may adjust fees accordingly.
  • If no compensation is recovered, you owe us nothing.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide complete, truthful, and accurate information.
  • Notify us immediately of any direct communication or payments from the airline.
  • Not engage other third parties to pursue the same claim without terminating our agreement.

Failure to cooperate may result in termination of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, logos, graphics, design, software) is owned by or licensed to Easy Air Claims and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Air Claims shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
  • Errors or delays caused by the user’s incorrect information or by third parties (e.g., airlines).

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive for a high success rate, we do not guarantee:

  • That your claim will be successful.
  • That a specific amount of compensation will be obtained.
  • Any timeframe within which compensation will be paid.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by written notice. If you terminate after we have begun processing your claim, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee or recover reasonable costs incurred.

11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
