Compensation & Fees
Under EU Regulation EC 261/2004 you may be entitled to compensation for flight disruptions. Below is a summary of amounts and our fees.*

* If the airline notifies you of cancellation more than 7 days before departure, compensation may be reduced by 50% as per EC 261/2004.

Payment Payout Information
We process payouts via SEPA bank transfer within 2-3 business days. Please ensure your bank account meets the following requirements:
- Account must be in your name
- Provide a valid IBAN
- Payouts available to EU countries supporting SEPA transfers
